The music theatre offers comedies with songs, operettas, musicals, excellent ballets or concerts. It is the biggest theatre in the Czech Republic

The building, itself, has historical values. It was built in 1881 in a mock-baroque style. First it was a building for a circus and towards the end of the century, it was rebuilt for variety performances.
